I thought that was a bit crappy, I liked the nano at the £99 price point, it was perfect, as soon as you go over £100, no matter how small an amount, you instantly loose alot of says from people who view it as too much.
Wouldn't surprise me one bit if they indeed let the classic fade away. It's the only model now left that stil truly resembles the original iPod. It's an icon, but it's had it's best time, in my opinion. I still love my 5G iPod video, but the iPhone is wickedly appealing. As long as they let the Click Wheel survive on the nano, it's fine. It is, as others have stated, still the best way to blindly operate an iPod. Genious, still, the Click Wheel. (It rhymes, thus it's true.)
