Makes sense, yesterday I called the German hotline for the Apple online store to place my order and the lady said she couldn't access the system. I had to wait for about 5 mins on the phone while she restarted her computer but at the end no luck.

Btw, I just wonder, what kind of maintenance do they really do ?
