Resolved Apple Store E-Mail Receipt

Hey guys, quick question regarding purchases made at physical Apple Stores: how long does it generally take to receive the email with your receipt in it? I haven’t made a purchase at a physical Apple retail location in a while and haven’t yet received the email with the receipt. I know digital purchase receipts always take a while to show up, so I was wondering if this might be the same. I’m fairly sure the email I gave the store attendant was spelled correctly.

They sent me a duplicate of the receipt after I called them up and they found the transaction in their records. Thanks for the replies, I’ll be sure to check my emails before leaving the store in the future.

I'm 99% sure that mine have always arrived within minutes of the transaction going through.

I never receive some receipts. My email address contains my name and 95% of the time people misspell my (very uncomplicated) name. Assume the store personnel misspelled it.

They can resend it, happened to me yesterday, the top line indicates that it is a duplicate receipt

Normally its has been a matter of minutes.... At least in my experience .

Somehow, I get all my receipts and they never ask me for my email address. Mostly it's because I order online and pickup in store, so they have the right address. But recently, I walked in and bought an iphone case and got the email receipt. I didnt' give them my email address, so I suspect that my email is linked to the credit card that I used (I might have used ApplePay, can't remember).

Do to Manage your Apple ID and make sure the spelling is correct!
