Anyone who used either the apple site or the apple app receive their confirmation email yet? Mine timed out after I placed the order but shows the order pending on my online bank statement and when I try to place the order again it says "Order already exists. Please cancel other order before processing further."
I dont remember putting in any shipping information. Do they just ship it to the billing address associated with the apple id?

Just came in, it took about 20-25 minutes for it to happen. I used the Apple Store App and it even timed out at the end and it still went through. I say check your online bank statements for confirmation if you are unsure. Good luck and good night!
