Anyone sucesssful ordering off ATT's website yet?
No it's not. There's a pic on their page but if you try to upgrade it's not an option.
I got a reservation number with a notice that says
"We are currently unable to reach your carriers systems to process the information that you have provided. We will hold on to the information you have entered and use it to confirm phone pricing and eligibility for your account."
So I guess they took my order and will deal with ATT later when the rush dies down.
Processing - Almost completed then it kicked me out. Hopefully my line isn't permanently broken in their system.
Yep, I got that message like 7 times.error processing your request please try again later ....
well I got an email from Apple saying "order acknowledgement", so hopefully that means it went through. Like I said above, I got as far as putting my cc code in, which is pretty much the end, but then it just hung forever and said there was an error. I kept trying and trying but it just kept either hanging or telling me there was an error. I'm hoping the email I got means I'm all good. This is with the Apple Store app on my ipad, btw.
When I thought it didn't go through I tried going on my laptop and ordering through there - lots of hanging and errors, but when I finally got through it said "this order already exists, please cancel other order first", but when I went back to the Apple Store app to do that, there was no way to cancel it. I was about to pull my hair out til I saw the email saying they got my order.
Will I get a seperate "confirmation" email too, does anyone know? Has anyone gotten an "Order acknowlegement" email?
