UK Store not down...

someone said the UK store was down - hasnt been for me today.... not now either....

Hasn't been down at all.

Seems like whatever is released is only USA/Canada…

Ho hum…

Honestly, I can't even imagine anything that would require taking down only the US Store. As for the 16gb iPhone that Engadget reported on a few hours ago, that came from O2 sources, so that could be today, but that wouldn't be US only.

Apple® today added new models of the iPhone(TM) and iPod® touch which have double the memory, doubling the amount of music, photos and videos that customers can carry with them wherever they go. The revolutionary iPhone now comes in a new 16GB model for $499, joining the 8GB model for $399. iPod touch now comes in a 32GB model for $499, joining the 16GB model for $399 and the 8GB model for $299.

Serious reports are that MBP update is also 'imminent' - but you know Stevie, he never does everything on the same day. Plus Iphone is soooo important to them at the moment - if they don't hit that 10 million number by the end of the first year, then he and the stock are dead.....

Seriously. Compare that to the price of the flash hard drive in the AIR.

From what i know the flash drive used in the Air uses slightly different flash. It needs to be a lot faster and a lot more fault tolerant. There is actually more than 64GB's in it, the extra GB's are used when some of the memory cells in the visable 64gbs go bad.

Has the Airport Extreme Base Station always had Gigabit Ethernet, or is that new too? I know that Time Capsule had it, but the Airport Extreme?
