In years past, how long has the store actually stayed up before Apple's servers got overloaded? This is my first iPhone preorder, and I don't want to miss out

Last year if I recall correctly, the reserve/preorder systems went live at about 11:57 and by 12:00 it was already complete and utter CHAOS. Page loads took several minutes and would time out.

Question I always went big or went home and bought 64GB version of Ipad 1 but honestly never got close to full. Ipad 2 went 32GB and never gotten close yet. Had iphone 4 32GB and not close either any reason to go 64GB?

eh my guess is that they are much more prepared this time around. Plus with many people not upgrading it should be a different story this year.

A question: how much memory does 1080p video actually use? I have a 16gb 3GS and am planning on getting the 4s, but will be using video recording and picture taking a lot, would this be enough for a decent amount of shots and/or video?
