Try the app - it came up a few minutes ago and that's my white 5C ordered. I ordered a case too and it is showing two separate deliveries. Phone by 20/9.

Okay. I tried going on the Apple Store on Safari (I was using Chrome). Pre-ordered my Blue 5C!

If it doesn't refresh on Chrome, you probably need to clear your cookies.
