Apple store never lost focus of the consumer

    The Apple store was packed and yet they made me feel like i was the only one there. Excellent costumer service. i am not a troll or fan boy, Just a very satisfied costumer. Thanks Apple

    I also felt this way. They provided everyone with hot chocolate, coffee, and water. An apple employee came to every person in line asking if they had any questions. The greeters at the front of the line shook everyone's hand, asked what their name was, and really tried to get to know you. Inside they made me feel like I was important and the only one there. They were all happy and cheerfull even at 8 in the morning. I'm glad I got to experience that instead of waiting for a delivery truck. Thank you Apple! :apple:

    Duh. You can't keep people in your cult if you're a jerk to them. And they probably had the man watching them on CCTV.
