They don't. I've returned online products even recently, without any restocking fee.

What country are you in? Here in the U.S. Apple doesn’t charge a restocking fee.

Since you didn't reply to the question of what country you're in, I went through your post history to try to figure it out. It seems you're in the U.S. so quit with the "restocking fee" crap.
