I want to order an iPhone for pickup which my friend who stays in US will be going for pickup. Is it fine to use my India's Card with his US address as my billing address and place the order.

If they take your money, you're good.

That sounds like it might work but the only way to know for sure is to try.
What do they ask when the person goes to pickup the order?

From what I've read online its Order number and government issued id.

They ask for an ID (identification). When you buy the device, you can designate someone else to pick it up at the store.
Thanks.
Any idea at what time do they restock. It’s always out of stock whenever I check online.

You can do that. But your payment will likely only go through if you have an Amex. And the billing address needs to be an American one. AMEX allows that. Indian banks don't.
