(Apple Store Pre-Order) Oct 14 - 21 Delivery Date

My Apple Store web-order is also stuck in Zhengzhou.

Hoping there will be some movement soon. Also worried about the signature required delivery, since I probably won't be home. I might change it to pick-up at a UPS customer center, but I'm not sure whether that might delay my shipment - maybe I'll wait until it's state-side. (I'm in southern California)

Yes, it appears that we are on the same plane. That said, from china to Alaska is about a 9 1/2-10 hour flight; however, my tracking info. hasn't updated. :-(

mine has the same arrival to SHanhai scan time stamp, no movement but my delivery date is still Oct 2 end of day
I'm seeing exactly the same thing. Stuck in ZhengZhou China since 9/26. I'm starting to wonder if something is wrong with their system.
its possible with so many packages being scanned some do not update in the system untill the next scan
Crazy and upsetting, but as many people, I am sure, who ordered the contract free iphone 6 plus (T mobile), my order is still processing!!!!

Yup. No movement at all. Starting to wonder if the t-mobile phones won't actually arrive until the 13th
When do you think they'll start shipping if they arrive on the 13? I'm worried they'll arrive on the 20th.
Some tmobile's are on the move (well, mine shipped but is stuck in Zhengzhou, which is better than my order from tmobile themselves, which is mired in their cluster-f).
Same thing here too. I just don't see us getting ours on 10/2 if it hasn't left China yet, maybe on 10/3 but I'm thinking more like next Monday unless our tracking just isn't updating??
I'm thinking that it'll have to depart China tomorrow evening at the latest. Does anyone know whether shipments can exit China straight from Zhengzhou, or if they need to make another Chinese-stop first?

This confirms what a very good source from Apple told me since the pre-order, Apple will prioritize iphones under contract, At&t, verizon, sprint, on the other hand, there is a high demand for an unlocked iphone (tmobile). So two more week at least to wait...
I meant until at least the 13th. That estimated window is looking more and more likely for us T-Mobile orderers.

In fact, ATT & TMO are same. Factory just need to insert different sim before shipping. Wondering ATT with rebate to Apple and this may the only reason to ship ATT first.
Mine went from ZhengZhou to Shanghai then straight to Alaska. My phone stayed in ZhengZhou for two days. Not sure if they had to fly the phones to Shanghai or if they trucked them there as there was no departure scan for ZhenZhou only an arrival scan to Shanghai.

Seems like my phone in Louisville, KY might be waiting for your shipment to get there. I've been stuck in Louisville for 36 hours and counting....maybe they are waiting to get all the phones to Orlando/Florida on the same flight...
Perhaps, I know the 10/1-10/6 batch that was delivered last week were stuck in Louisville, KY anywhere from 3-4 days. This is all about UPS not having the bandwidth to support a rollout of this scale. I'm sure it's a lesson learned for Apple to never do a 90/10% split between UPS and Fed-Ex.
I am starting to believe you when you said UPS is terrible. This has been my worst Apple experience and it's thanks to UPS!!!!!!!
Not necessarily. It goes to either Shanghai, Incheon, or Osaka. Mine never went to Shanghai.
It's okay! I was part of the big October 1-6th delivery group and I'm bored so I've been reading here xD
