I preordered an unlocked t-mobile 64GB space gray iPhone 6 plus the day the preorders opened (September 12th), and since then have followed this forum rigorously to see the progress of other people who have ordered their phones at around the same time. That means my credit card hasn't even been charged and the iPhone I preordered is still in some kind of in existent limbo somewhere in the cloud.



Now, I have preordered every iPhone since the iPhone 4 on the day preorders starts and have received all of those phones on their respective release dates... Except for now where I have literally waited an entire month and still see absolutely no change in my order status. Honestly this is unacceptable from a company as large as apple. AN ENTIRE MONTH! And the worst part is that if this forum is to be believed there are people who preordered the same phone (even some who ordered after the 12th) and have already received their unit... Going as back as two weeks ago!



Right now I need to know if there is some kind of way to contact apple or any other thing I can do! I can't exactly try going to a retail store because I don't live in the states but visit the US for about a day every 2 weeks or so. So, is anyone in the same situation as I am? Because honestly it's unbelievable that Apple makes you wait over a month to receive a device you prepurachesed THE DAY preorders went live! If their stock was seriously that depleted... Well they should've released the device a month later.

I preordered my phone on release date and just received it on Friday 10/10. I'm not sure of Apple rhyme or reason sometimes.

My iPhone has been stuck in Kentucky since Friday morning at about 1AM. I mean, I'm sure Louisville is nice, but I think it's about time to move on and come home. Supposed to be here tomorrow. We'll see...
 
My T-Mobile 128G Space Gray 6 Plus ordered on 15-Sept has reached Incheon. Expected delivery 16th October. Never thought I would have to wait 1 full month after pre-order for an iPhone.

If not... I don't leave in the US like you, but I used a package forwarding service (Opas.com). There are several companies like that one... Not sure if this can help, but you can give it a try if it can solve your problem in order to get it before december! :)

Well, kind of... Like other people, mine went from ZhengZhou to Incheon, but the scheduled date hasn't changed from 10/16... And thank you for your idea, but thanks to Brazil's import fees, I'd have to pay +$500. I'm just hoping it'll be delivered one day before the scheduled date :(
 
Anybody's phone leave Korea yet? I'm getting worried it won't get here till Friday now. I saw someone in the Oct 20-27 thread's tracking update that their phone left Korea a little after 11pm Korean Time and is on the way to Alaska.

I ordered 2 iphone 6 plus 64gb tmobile gold. One phone left anchorage already heading to Louisville. The other one still stuck in incheon. Both have a delivery date of 10/16

My 64GB ATT SG 6+ finally left Louisville last night and arrived in my city. It's now Out For Delivery! BooYeah!
 
Guys there is only 1 ups flight leaving Incheon KR today is in 1 hour (at 9:55 am) our phone would be in that flight.

It arrived a couple hours ago. It's very large, that's for sure. My case (Spigen Neo Hybrid Metal) fits well and the phone's all charged up now. Enjoying some netflix on it at the moment. It's quite the upgrade from my old 4S.

I couldn't spot any flaws after careful analysis. After making a call (without the case), my hair has not been completely transferred from my head to the phone. And finally, I placed it briefly in my pocket, removed it, and low and behold it has not bent in half.

So all's good here.
 
Both orders are in Alaska....:D

My phone is now in Louisville, KY, United States finally!! Nothing can stop it now. Will just wait another week for it to be delivered in my country! So happy. After exactly 1 month of waiting and counting :) Cheers!
