I'm thinking of getting an iBook with a student discount. However, if anyone has any special promo codes, please let me know as that would sure push me in the direction of buying one. ;-) Especially one of those $100 off of $1000 codes. ;-)

I think they take off £20 before charging VAT, so you save paying the VAT on that £20. This should make the end saving around £23.
However, I might be completely wrong on this 😀

Hey this is nice 🙂. People helping people. May be someone could help me. I'm still a student (and will be for another 4 years 🙂). And my buddy (an iBook G3 800 mhz) went up to heaven last sunday. I'm now working on a old 450 mhz PC and I must say it's horrible 🙂. So I want to buy another mac (If I can get the money a macbook pro since it has to last another 4 years) so if someone could help me? Please PM me.

I have been on the fence about which laptop I want to get (a high end Dell or a new MBP). There are many reasons I need a PC, but I am just going to BUY A MAC ANYWAYS!
