I am trying to subscribe to the developer program so i can use iOS 6. My Apple Store Purchases keep getting cancelled by Apple. All the credit card information is good and no issues with the card.

This happened a few months ago when I tried to buy an iPad as a gift for my mom. I finally figured out it was getting cancelled because the shipping and billing addresses didn't match.

Now, the shipping and billing addresses are the same with one exception. The apartment number will not show up on the shipping address, even though it shows on the billing address. Whenever I add it and save it on the shipping address, when it displays the address the apartment number is not there.

Is it really this hard to purchase items from Apple? I had no issues for the last 5 years. I know a lot of people who have different billing and shipping addresses. Help please.
