Just a poll and experience thread further to a not so impressive reaction to selecting "request assistance" on the new ipad-info tablets in the Geneva, Switzerland store.

Honestly do the store staff actually pay any attention to "request assistance"?
 
Give them a little bit of time to get used to it. I wonder how they are notified about a request pending.. if it is looking at a screen they may just need to receive further training to check their devices more often.
