Hello all, I wasn't able to find it on apple's return policy for their retail stores but my question is: If I bought an item at an apple store in Utah, can I return it at Spokane's apple store with a receipt? If anyone knows I would love to know because im not sure I am able to make it back to the store in salt lake to return my item!

Thanks

Depends on the item, but usually if it's not a BTO system then yes.

All new items, purchased directly from Apple whether online or in a store, can be returned or exchanged at Apple Retail locations, within 14 days, with the exception of the iPhone, which can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. All serialized Apple products (CPUs, iPods, iPhones, and iPads) are subject to a 10% restocking fee, if opened.

So what If it's beats by dre headphones, would those be subject to a restocking fee if I receive store credit for the item/ if it's an exchange? If I read properly it states the restocking fee is for apple products, but does not specify other products

Only serialized Apple branded products would be subject to a 10% restocking fee, if open. This does not apply to 3rd party products, even if the item is being returned outright for original tender.
