The day started great. Returned from a trip to new york and had my new 12'' Powerbook waiting in a box at my brothers house... I go over and we open the box and start setting it up

BUT

something was wrong. The keyboard was int'l english, while I wanted local(norwegian). I checked my order and it seems like i ordered "Keyboard & Mac OS (int'l English)" which meant that the keyboard was also int'l english....

Any ideas on how to go about returning it, if possible. Should i ask for a change or replacement, or just return this one and order a new one with the correct specifications...

anyone had the same problem?

the best thing to do is phone them up and ask them. they may be able to send a new pb and collect the old one at the same time (like a straight swap). but seeing as it's been opened etc, they may charge a restocking fee :(

just phone them, be polite, and they may be able to do something for you.. :)
