Yesterday I went to the apple store to try and fix an issue with my apple watch series 4. It has the 100% battery issue, shuts off randomly, drains quickly, and slowly charges. I already called support and they couldn't find an issue so I made an appointment to see an apple genius bar. I took it in and they ran diagnostics but came back to tell me there were no issues. I tried my best to convince them something is indeed wrong with my watch but they wouldn't listen. They said I couldn't get a repair or a replacement since no issue was found. I found a thread where others are having the same issue but I doubt apple support will care. Is there anything I can do? There is an issue with it I promise

You need to be able to replicate the problem yourself, and perhaps if you can record what the Apple Watch is exhibiting by recording video footage with your iPhone when it ‘randomly shuts off‘ or any other tendencies is posing that you’re claiming, then you can show them the video (Which May not be easy, but it’s a secondary option). Also, print off the thread that you’re claiming that matches your symptoms of your Apple Watch, that way you can provide Apple specifically what you’re referring to, so they
additional documentation of others experiences aside from your own to match point your experience. That may not necessarily provide you the exact outcome you want, but it might lead you to a different direction.
