Thanks for this trick. Safari is STILL showing the Apple store as down even as did your trick and got through just fine. Though I'm not getting my iPhone 6 Plus now on the 19th, either. :mad:

So basically, the store punishes people for being even the slightest bit early. smart move, Apple. :confused:
 
Yeah the apple store works, you have to clear your cache or you need to visit using incognito or private browsing.
 
Chrome Incognito worked for me! Just try some of the links posted. Just ordered my T-Mobile iPhone 6!

HOWEVER, I wonder if the trick worked as now that I check, all my tabs open the appstore now (must be fixed)? Anyhow, thanks for any help guys. This is all the work we have to do to give Apple our hard earned money, how sad.

Couldn't wait for delivery, changed it to 16gb, will p/u on release day... figured this is for the best... I wasn't sure about the extra money...

Didn't get apple care + ... I can always change that at the store.
 
I got into the Apple store a few minutes ago and it said the ATT +6 16GB Gray was still available on the 19th--didn't order because I have it pending with ATT--now it says 7-10 days so its starting to slip.
 
I initially bought the 64gb 6+ Tmo, but then noticed that the 6 can be picked up on 9/19. I bought both and will return (or resell) the one I don't want. I HATE doing that, but Apple's screw up has placed me in that situation.

It wasnt incognito mode that did that. The store is up are running normal now.
 
Yes, 2.5 hours later I was able to order a T-Mobile 6 Plus in Gold 64GB and the f$$n delivery date is now Oct 1-6. Thanks, Apple for being so lame.

Mine too, but I'm going to line up next Friday and try my luck at the store. Besides, I don't want to miss the line experience, it's so much fun! :p :D

Anything is possible, currently I see 7-10 shipping days for al Plus models except the 64GB Space Gray and the 128GB Space Gray and Silver models, which must be the hardest to get.

Barring any manufacturing problems, I think it will ship slightly earlier. :)
 
So Much for getting it on the 19th of Sept. I could not get into Apple at all. I finally used my app on each of my phones to get in. But it was like 2.5 hours after Apple started accepting orders. I did get on ATT site but it said like 14-21 days or something like that and I thought no way… it was only like just over a hour then but I did not want to accept the 14-21 day delivery so I kept at it on the app of my iPhone and finally got through and still no 19th of Sept but it was only 7-10 days shipping and arrival Oct 1-Oct 7th.

It was the best i could get. Apple underestimated the power of People wanting the 128GB iPhone Plus and they ran out of the first wave shipment super fast. I guess the rumors about the iPhone 6 Plus was short of supply was actually true. Everyone thought no way Apple will run out so quick. Wrong. Oh well Oct 1st is not too bad I guess. At least i got both my orders in for a 128 GB iPhone 6 Plus for me and my wife. What a night.. Whoa!!!

I ordered Gold iPhone 6 Plus 128GB and Wife got 128 GB iPhone 6 Plus Space Gray.
