Apple store still down?

i think i have the worst times...10/18-10/31
and i purchased it as soon as it would let me...wtf

Man am I the only who said the system couldn't be reached and a phone was reserved for me to order later? I think this happened to other people in years past and they ended up getting really late shipping. GREAT.

I got the same thing for Jet Black too.

But I tried Matte Black and it went through just fine. Sept 16 Delivery. Very weird!

App not working, webstore not working..
Website opens up, order my mothers iPhone 7 plus 128gb. no problem, sept 16th.
App continues to fail at every turn in the process.

then it goes through! delivery date sep 27th......

then I get the email from apple confirming the sale. whew, i'm done.
wait...i get a 2nd email... then a 3rd...

I have 3 iPhone orders now, all AT&T Next... all with Applecare.
Great, now I have to call Apple tomorrow (today) AT&T/CC will probably void all the orders and i'll have to start fresh.
 
Took thirty minutes using the app, every step resulted in multiple errors and re-inputting information. Starting to think that everyone being directed to use the app has resulted in the website being quicker!

The delivery time did retain the original dates when I first got through, so if Apple honors that date then the errors are mitigated. It is when you are sitting there trying to get the server to accept your inputs thinking that your delivery date is slipping might be frustrating for some.

I made it through pretty easily on the website, but didn't realize you already have to have an account with a certain carrier...I do, with AT&T, but I was trying to set up something with Sprint instead. Oh well. Got my Silver 32gb iPhone 7 Plus with a delivery date of Sept 27-29th...even though when I selected, it still said Sept 16th delivery...*grrrr*
