Apple store (US) multiple items shipping

Hey All,

I've added 3 items to my cart, two are in stock and one ships in 3-5 bs days. How to ask for my items to be sent in the same packaging? what if it's a gift and I want all items to be sent at the same time (third item's availability time)?
