Apple Stores Monday

Do Apple Stores receive shipments for/on Monday? My Apple Store is showing everything out of stock for tomorrow(used the computer clock trick), but does that include shipments?
 
I understand that most store, especially "flagship stores" get daily shipments Monday-Saturday.

People have been "hanging out in the store" or "in line" until a shipment comes in.
