Hi,

does anybody know whether Apples Studio display uses PWM? I think the iMac 2020 uses PWM, so maybe the Studio display has it too (hopefully not).
 
I am sure that Apple using LG panels has backlighting PWM to control the brightness and power consumption.

I have been using the Studio display for 10 days and found no strain on my eyes.

It seems to be better than the 24" iMac display that sees to be blurry, slower to scroll/refresh, and has artifacts.

Compared to my side by side 2011 27" TB display, the Studio Display is just as capable and able to see text/fonts super sharp.
