Is there a native Mac app to open DICOM? I think MicroDICOM is available but it doesn't follow Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.

Not even close. And, by far, I'm not misinformed.
People don't want to believe that doctors, the almighty, can do no harm.

If you aren't already aware of this, you will run into it within the next 1-2 years and never see the same again. Not much else to say.

$200 Dell monitors have never been used as professional medical displays.

I've worked in healthcare well over a decade and I've never seen macOS on anything except laptops running charting software.

I do see android, occasionally. Our bladder scanners are run on Samsung tablets, but you can't tell unless you look on the back behind the brackets.

That’s funny I also have worked in healthcare and have seen Mac’s and iPads used plenty of times.

We have iPads and iPhones..I have work-issued iPhone SE 2022. No Macs, though.

Not saying they aren't around, I just haven't seen in the three hospital systems I've worked in. None of the big equipment manufactures (Stryker, Medtronic, J&J, GE, Pyxis, Omnicell, etc.) use Mac either.
