I have been using prepaid credit cards for iTunes Match & Apple Music but all of a sudden iTunes gives me a message saying my payment method has been declined! I'm unable to download or even update any apps! Someone send me a BIG help!

i guess Apple wised up..... Prepaid cards are good but i wouldn't use them with Apple since they like to verifying name and matches the location of address on your profile at times i think could be one reason.. Maybe u need to recharge prepaid credit card.
Just use itunes store credit.... if available.
