It's not a consipracy, it's just a thoery. An opinion like I said in the very first reply I wrote: "I often see as", it's an opinion. Like everything I write. I never claimed it to be true.

Because I know it's nearly impossible to prove. But that doesn't take away my opinion that it does happen.
I try not to form opinions based on feelings or what might be, but on things that I or others can reasonably verify.

Somebody upthread (can't find the post now, sorry) has astutely stated that if Apple were found to deliberately leak secrets to others themselves, the complaint against Prosser et al., as well as many other things would fall apart.

It also looks too random to me what features leak and when for there to be some kind of system behind it.

just to be honest, i'd be shocked if the glass design of ios 26 will be of public interest. this case will be weighed heavily against how much prosser knew about the illegalities of how the information was obtained.
Upthread, an honest poster referred to decisions by the Supreme Court that public interest encompasses many things that are certainly not of a pressing general interest to everyone.

i'll be honest, i assume 90% of the stuff i read on macrumors was fed by apple directly.
To be quite honest, I don't believe in baseless theories. I think it's more honorable and honest to base opinions on empirical research and observations .
