What a judge may say is a different matter than what YOU say. What YOUR opinion is is a different matter from a judge's, mine, or anyone else's.

I do not know why you give yourself the authority to make these decisions, but it simply is not there for you to do so.

Basically Psystar has a chance to amend their counterclaim to fix the gaping errors, if they don't the counterclaim is dismissed.

Yeah, I normally skip the frontpage.

But, yes, they have until Dec. 8 to refile their counterclaim with some substance to it - it was dismissed as is though.
