Dear Macrumors Forum members,

After my MacBook Pro came back from repair, I was told what they had fixed. Some problems apparently I couldn't have repaired myself.
Now I'm wondering about what software is used by personel in Apple stores, especially in the tech-support section.
Can anybody enlighten me?

I know they use Disk Warrior for disk diagnostics, but they wouldn't provide more info.

Cheers,
CountPollen

They have apple designed/supported diagnostic software that's not available for sale. I forget what they call it,i.e., the name irregardless they don't offer it too the consumer
