Apple/Support/Downloads opens empty

Hi, when I go to support.apple.com/downloads/ it opens with an empty box. This is when I am using the latest Firefox (v22, in safe mode or not). The page does open with Safari (although, it is a different layout). This has only been happening for the last three or four days. Thanks for any help.

Try uninstalling all of your extensions and see if that fixes the issue.

I did that. That's what "Safe Mode" does in Firefox.

Hey everyone, the problem was that I needed to clear my cache. I thought I was doing that with my CCleaner for mac but............
