Does anyone else find it ridiculous that Apple provides support for iCloud and even an Apple ID only if your device is covered by warranty.
I'm having some issues with my Apple ID as it relates to iCloud and now has extended to Apple Support Communities, yet Apple won't talk to me because my device isn't under warranty. Oh, I can pay for a one-time support incident, but my issues isn't device specific.
I'll admit to being a HUGE Apple fan boy, but this is really frustrating me!
