Apple Support is Amazing

I just wanted to share my recent experience with Apple support. My MacBook Pro 13-inch (2015) SSD recently died and the Apple Care expired early this year. Apple offered me a replacement and here are the specs.

The price for that computer is more than I paid originally for my MBP ($1499 vs. $2099). I just wanted to share my experience because I tend to see more negative reports more than positive reports

Support is one thing I really love about Apple.

They are pretty good with support. I had an old MBP that was years past any warranty. It wasn't even my main computer anymore. I took it in wanting to buy a new battery and they replaced it for free!
