Apple support isn't working.

I am trying to replace my iPhone charger cord and when I input my serial number i get:

and then when I click 'continue'

nowhere to describe what my problem is or what item needs replacing

there is no cancel or continue button!!!

Are you in the US? You should just call them and explain the problem at 800-MY-IPHONE.

Are you in a different country? (I don't know where Victoria is) You can look up what number to call here.
