I was on the phone this morning with apple support and had my case escalated to senior support and the support agent told me there would be a long wait time and I could opt to have them call me back. It's been about 6 hours, is it fair to say they won't be calling me back?
 
Well i didn’t get a call from Apple but I did get a call from ups. I guess the idea is to get my laptop wrap up in a ups claim and then Apple doesn’t have to do anything. I’ll be calling apple tomorrow morning.
