Apple Support - Reception Issue

A few people on this board yesterday said they called Apple Support and some were immediately offered a bumper (free), some had to ask, but one guy/girl said that they would only offer a free bumper to them if they agreed to sign a legal agreement.
that topic has now faded into one of these many many pages and so I have no idea what the outcome was, but give it a try it your reception really is that bad.
