Been getting this issue for the past week. Tried on Mac/PC, different browsers -- gets to this crap and just spins away, doing absolutely nothing. I want to schedule a call back because I can't stand that automated service where you have to give your life story before being transferred through to somebody. It's really starting to drive me up the wall. I'm in the UK; anybody else have this issue? Just to clarify it's on https://getsupport.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action. It lets you fill in all the details, the description of the problem, your serial number, and then does naff all when loading the service options.
