advice needed about supportt please

Is it true I have no telaphone support with mobileme?

If so can someone please send me a link on how to cantact apple as I have looked all around the moblieme support page and can't find it.

It is true...

It is true... There is no telephone support. There is however, "Live Chat".
Expect up to a 30-min wait.

* MobileMe support - once you select a topic (then an issue) a Live Chat window should appear in lower left. I have used it and it works well. When you are done you have an opportunity to have transcript of chat emailed to you...

As Macst stated, their live support is the only support that you can talk to someone and that is just over the computer.

You usually get what you needed though

Be prepared to wait quite a bit though if you try Live Chat support

Took me 2-3 hours to get one
