This is hilarious!!

not as funny as what I found this in Apple Maps.
look up: 220 Oak St, Toronto (it’s in Regent Park, terrible neighborhood still being re-modernized, south regent park has)

pan Around and you’ll see this

Two years on and Apple Maps Look Around feature is still quite limited in the United States. Canada’s coverage is already excellent, as are other countries like Spain and Italy. I’m curious what the hold up is. I saw an Apple Maps car driving through my neighborhood more than a year before Look Around was announced and my city still hasn’t been added.

Neighborhood can't be all that bad, there's a Lexus dealership across the street from a Mercedes. ;)

Considering how obsessed Apple is with making their products small, once they go into some business application, stuff suddenly is massive in comparison.
Wouldn’t be interesting to know what gear is used here.

Apple has only started mapping this feature in Canada now?

Seriously Apple, invest properly in maps or stop wasting money. Considering how important it will be if Apple actually is investing in cars tech, the appalling lack of prioritisation to widespread Maps features is astonishing.

Thats a very RECENT addition.

Let me put it this way. Before the rebuilding of downtown east Toronto shootings hookers drugs delas was very rampant and common.

South Regent park (this pic is in North regent), a simple Bank machine (primary owned by a bank or 3rd party cash machine did not exist for almost 60yrs, that’s not a typo!

gentrification and restriction has been ongoing for 17yrs so soon enough this area will be covered with condos as well.

someone dropping tot he floor and Apple maps captures it not sure if the driver offered to call for bell or if it was a stunt but living in Toronto for over 40yrs and seeing this are I doubt it.

That looks ridiculous lol
If you were traveling for the first time to a new city on a long anticipated vacation, would you be more likely to
1) Appreciate the images you could see in advance to help refine plans, or, or the morning of, to consider options for your fun day
2) Think about how ridiculous the person looked who took the images

?

Apple Maps of London has lots of roads where they have not mapped
either because cars are not allowed at specific times, or all days

Covent Garden , and its side roads being one

i just hope they roll out the UK outside if certain cities
For sure, but that they have at least been trying. And without this backpack scanning equipment it would be impossible.
