Apple is working on a new version of the Powerbeats earbuds called the Powerbeats Fit, and the company shared a teaser video of the upcoming earbuds on its YouTube channel.

The Powerbeats Fit look similar to the Beats Fit Pro, featuring a small in-ear earbud with a silicone wingtip that secures them in the ear. "Fit for every move," reads the tagline of Apple's video.

The Powerbeats Fit could have some of the same features as the Powerbeats Pro 2, such as heart rate sensing and Active Noise Cancellation.

Little is known about the Powerbeats Fit right now, but Apple says they are coming in fall 2025. Fall 2025 technically begins on September 22, so we could see them sometime after Apple's September 9 iPhone-centric event.

But what are they loosing that leads them to take off the PRO naming ?

Beats Fit Pros were my shocking surprise discovery a couple of years ago when Costco had them on sale.

The sound and fit are so much better. I never used my APP2 after getting the Fit Pros. Even the dark grey color is better, haha!!

If these are the replacement/upgrade to the Fit Pros, I'm buying a set the moment they're available. And in orange!!

FINALLY.

I talk, I chew, I look down my left AirPod falls out of my ear, no matter the size I pick. I wanted the fit pro 2 just because it has an apple chip in it. I think Beats are gaudy but its just for calls not music.

I sold my Beats Fit Pro at a point when I really needed the money for something more important, and have missed them ever since...in my estimation, they were so close to the AirPods Pro 2 but stayed in place much better.

i have almost bought a new pair many times, but this might make the waiting worth it.

So, I bought a set of Jabra Elite buds after months of frustration with my APP falling out of my ears. I tried everything--duct tape, recommended aftermarket ear tips, all of it. I loved those things for the sound but they just won't stay in. The Jabras stayed in effortlessly every time and never moved. But I have to admit, I miss the integration of the APP. They just work better in every way--EXCEPT they don't stay in my ears, which is the dealbreaker. I was going to try the new APP3 on the chance they'd somehow fit better, but now I'm second guessing it. What do you all think the APP3s will have that these won't?

Please make the dang things LOUDER ! ! ! !
(I'm not young anymore & don't need to protect my hearing)
That’s an Apple issue. Even using my Bowers and Wilkins PX8 on my iPhone 16 pro I’ll have volume around 90% meanwhile my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra it would be around 60%-65% volume. Same with the Beats Studio pro and Powerbeats fit pro 2.

Why don't they add wingtips to airpods pro? I've tried everything to keep them in my ears. The only thing that works is a third-party wingtip. Then it says in perfectly...but they won't fit in the case.

They already have 7 types of beats headphones, 5 of which are in-ear type. And they’re looking at adding another one? Some consolidation would be good. The paradox of choice is strong.

Obviously a Beats Fit Pro sequel. It's a great looking earbuds, but seriously it's not the Ni-Ti alloy that will fail over time. That soft earhook will crack at the seam between soft silicone and hard plastic.

Good alternative to AirPods. Expecting to see it in multiple colors. Expecting it to be available towards the end of the year.

I am sorry but the beats Apple brand is trash and AirPods Pro aren’t much more expensive in the first place. I see no reason why anyone would ever buy that.
