If and when I download Lion onto my computer and I run into a major problem, will I be able to get Apple's telephone support help? My iMac is over 3 years old and applecare has already run out by six months. Would they over the phone stick with me until my problem is resolved? Also if it cannot be resolved will they help me to get back to my snow leopard version?
Thanks for a reply

From Apple.com:

Purchased from the Mac App Store

Mac OS X Lion purchased from the Mac App Store includes complimentary support for the first 90 days of product ownership. After that time, support coverage is based on the Apple hardware product on which you are using Mac OS X Lion. Depending on your product's coverage, you may need to pay for support.

Okay thanks for the reply. So I assume then that there will be telephone support for up to 90 days then. Thanks 
