is there a certain place Apple use to get their times for Macs etc? if so is their a webasite that show a live time on a clock?

Apple uses NTP to set the time on Macs, and host their own NTP time server (you can choose to use your own as well) at time.apple.com. This is not a web server, so you can't use it that way.

What are you actually trying to do?

Hello,

If you're in Europe, you may benefit from using Apple Europe (time.euro.apple.com) as your NTP server.

This may be set by default when you installed the system. If not, look under System Preferences > Date & Time.
