Well this new seems bit last minute compared to last year.
I'm so thrilled all of us can share in the delight of a WWDC keynote experience today. Only Apple can do this because they control the hardware and software experience.
can you not get this if you're jailbroken? its not showing up
iOS8 device compatibility: iPhone 4*, 4s, 5, 5c, 5s
*iOS8 new features not available on iPhone 4
This is great if your a Tecnology fan but if your someone not into tech it's just another channel to block!
You would most likely need to be on the latest firmware.
After the keynote, it will be watchable here:
http://www.apple.com/apple-events/june-2014/
This is the same place that the stream will be. No spoilers also.

I agree.
"as users will need Safari on Mac/iOS or QuickTime 7 on Windows in order to watch the stream."
I thought the days of Vivo/Real/Flash-only were over.
I'm on 5.3 and on the apple website it says "second- or third-generation Apple TV with software 5.0.2 or later"
I'm on jailbroken 5.3 too and I don't have it. I assume the jailbreak screwed us, not the version.
Won't apple do the same thing where they don't put up the video for like a week ?
Hey all!
So very sadly, this will be the first WWDC keynote in a very long time that I won't be able to watch live due to my physics final exam starting at 1PM eastern
However, I don't plan on getting the juicy story any where else but firsthand. Anyone have a clue if there is a cache somewhere (mirror, etc) of the keynote that will be available shortly after the conclusion of the keynote?
If someone is recording the keynote using VLC or something, could they potentially share it with me via google drive?
Thanks for helping out a fellow geek!![]()
