You know you're beaten when you start trying to claim that mobile MacRumors content is something other that black on white text. Or are you going to pretend that the adverts somehow spice it up? I love the desperate machinations that the anti-iOS 7 people have to go through (ironically the same people who complained about iOS 6 being stale).

But that's not what you wrote, is it? You know you're beaten when you try to rewrite your unfounded claim that 99% of websites consist of black text on white. Or are you going to pretend that 99% of readers surf the mobile site? I love the desperate machinations that the anti-iOS6 people have to go through (ironically the same people who complained about iOS6 being stale).

See what I did there?

How can I optimize my iPhone 4/4S for iOS7?

Let's face it, it nice of Apple to allow iPhone 4/4S users to install iOS7, but it does NOT work as it should.

Is it possible to install iOS7 32 bit? :D

I'd like to see this broken out by device. Would be interesting to figure out how many owners have stopped visiting the Apple App Store.

There's a lot of us who cannot use newer apps, because we're stuck on lower versions. For example, 85% of all iPod touches ever sold cannot update to iOS 7.

And then there's my poor old iPad 1. I find that it comes up with sorry, "iOS6 is required" when trying to download an app, just as much, if not more than, I find similar problems getting an app for my two and three year old Android tablets.

Oh well, such is progress. Grump, grump :)

This is great news for consumers. Nobody wants iOS 6 apps anymore. It's just so old and dated whereas iOS 7 is vibrant and exciting. I'd urge all developers to abandon support for iOS 6 and earlier altogether.

There is absolutely nothing outdated about the iOS 6 style. Don't confuse dated and unfashionable.

50 years ago, utilitarian monotonous architecture was often considered "vibrant and exciting". How does it work out today?

Won't do that again. My vomit just killed my grass. Now I have a big brown spot surrounding by green velvet.

In 7 days Apple will make a record quarter again, thats good. But iOS7 is not that good, iOS8 will be better and you will agree.

Go right ahead. Your vomit will fertilize the earth. Nobody cares. Meanwhile, Ive's work- iOS 7 + iPhone 5S- is going to make Apple very, very, merry this Christmas.

Of course iOS 8 will be better. Ive has shown that he's more than up to the task. He accomplished a huge amount in eight months- I imagine he can do a whole lot better after 20 months.

Eurosport app has an update out today with "new design adapted to iOS 7". Too bad that quite a few devs are taking this requirement as "we must make our app iOS7-only" as well :(

Thats I'll be jumping from 6 to 8
