Way to miss the point.

This isn’t about a monopoly from a regulatory POV (like those who pretend The App Store is a monopoly), rather that Apple has a monopoly on a specific section of the smartphone market (premium devices).

How is that not you missing the point in exactly the way you're accusing? This whole thread isn't about Apple having a monopoly on a specific section of the smartphone market. I just played on the arbitrary selectiveness.

The ‘premium smartphone market’ is just as arbitrary as the ‘phones with an Apple logo’ market.

What we should be looking at is the ‘smartphone market’ when assessing what power Apple has.
