Apple TV 3 boot time

Hello, I want to ask, what is boot time of 3rd generation apple tv. Because my appletv is booting for about 20 seconds from "sleep" mode... I bought it in December, and I think in that time it started in 2-3 seconds...I didnt use it for a while and I want to know if is something wrong with that set-top-box...

P.S.: I tried another HDMI cable, another HDMI port on TV, restore, i also pulled it from electric socket.

I use a Harmony One remote in my system, and my Apple Tv3 turns on & off instantly.

Do you thing that 20 seconds of waking up from "sleep" is a reason for repair? Because its still under warranty...
