Expensive! I was hoping for 1.000 Dkr.

1.400 Dkr is a lot, especially when you "need" to replace more than one.
Definitely more than I hoped for, but on the other hand:

$149 = 991 DKK, including 25% MOMS, that's 1239 DKK. Still a little ways from 1399 DKK, but I imagine there will be some other taxes as well.

Do you think this will be the actual release date, or the date they will carry it from? Apple did say late October.

Will be available to order online from Apple late October (guessing 29th onwards), then available for delivery/pickup from 10 November.

My parents are in the states right now. Would it make sense for them to buy the new Apple TV there and bring it back to Denmark?
Do you think it would be worth the money saved on the price?
AND what about the siri search-function. If they buy it in the US, will the siri search function work in Denmark? (reportedly the siri-function will not work on Apple TVs bought in Denmark and other countries)

I would definitely have them bring back one from the US, though I'm not sure about warranties (They can ask in the store, shouldn't be an issue).

You'll save 4-500 DKK by purchasing it in the US (assuming no sales tax i think).

I can't be sure, but as I understand the SIRI feature is software enabled. The hardware should be the same. I know that under tech specs on Apple.com/dk, the microphone hole is also depicted on the Siri Remote.
