Apple TV 4 k (2021) goes crazy

the new Apple Tv 4k is driving me crazy. when I watch a movie, the part simply jumps back to the main menu after a few minutes. That happens about 4 times during the film. It cannot be reset. Always comes the error message that this is not possible.

What app are you using to play the movies?

What does "the part simply jumps back to the main menu after a few minutes." mean? What is "the part"?

I play the films using the normal movie app and by 'the part' I mean the Apple TV OS ..

I’m guessing it’s a problem with that app. I haven’t had that happen with any apps but I haven’t tried the stock Movie app.

Which one is the "normal" movie app? Netflix, HBO, Paramount, Disney+, ?

If you "jump back" to the home screen, the app has been crashed.
