Ordered same time as you roughly, as I've advised before quite a lot of items dispatch late the night before delivery.
Ordered my 32gb ordered Monday with the confirmation email at 13:04

interesting. I have an apple financial services card and the total amount hits as pending as soon as I order, then moves to a full transaction typically when the item is shipped. Guess it's done differently if using visa or mc.

its financed through TD bank. Not really an actual card, just a line of credit you can use to make apple online purchases. Can't use it in store.
I pre-ordered mine on Monday around 12:45 PM and is showing expected delivery between Oct. 30th and Nov. 3rd. Mine is still at the processing stage.
