Apple TV 4K 11.1->11.3

I have an Apple TV 4K that's been sitting in the closet for awhile. I really thought it had 11.2 on it. I learned about Electra earlier this week and was so excited. But now I see it's on 11.1. I found IPSW for 11.2 and 11.3. Can I upgrade to 11.3 through iTunes or is there some other method

It may be easier to update the os using the built-in update function.
