Apple TV 4K 2021 - X-Ray - Amazon Prime Video Not Working

I just purchased Apple TV 4K in 2021, and the X-Ray feature, doesn’t work in Prime Video. On available programming, I do see the “X-Ray” label in the lower left-hand corner of the screen, but I cannot access the actual X-Ray details. I’ve tried all the suggestions in many forums (touching the click pad, then swiping up, etc.), but nothing works. I also see a lot of other people are having the same problem, with no one seeming to find a solution. (Although Apple TV is a slick streaming device, starting to feel that Roku boxes are superior for reliability on all features…X-Ray always works, and the global search feature, will pull up all available apps where your movie/TV show can be found, while Apple TV, much of the time, will only pull up options in the Apple world.)

Working fine on mine, just trying it on Coming 2 America.
Just tap the trackpad on the remote and then swipe up on the trackpad.
